The Kendall International Trading Group (KITG) has had a very interesting year in which we have successfully negotiated a series of contracts in various locations around the world that are currently under development. Here are the main ones:

In February 2024, we closed a deal with the mining company Goldfield Holdings LLC, a Canadian mining firm led by Mr. George Richmond, to finance a series of mining projects in Central Asia, including Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.

In April of the same year, we began negotiations with Phoenix International Finance to place a total of $769 million in rough diamonds into a trading program. In addition, Phoenix is financing the acquisition of two renewable power plants in California for $100 million by ESQ. We are looking to close this financing within the next few months.

In May we entered into a commission agreement to finance operations of SEADAR in the middle east.

In addition to those mayor developments we are working with ECU Television to finance the creation, distribution of soap operas in Spanish and English from the studios of Canal 5 in Quito under the name f ECU Visual, including the purchasing of a studio facility in the US for 4 million USD.

In the US we are working on the financing of a failed Bahamas tourist project in Freeport Gran Bahamas, that includes the airport, a golf course, two hotel casino license, a banking license, a private island and the marina, please see the rendering of the project.

Currently we are refinancing an apartment building in Miami Spring Florida for 25 million, today our bank issued the tender offer, we expect to close in April.

The Kikiullus tribe, originally from the Northwestern Pacific region of Canada and the state of Washington in the United States, relocated to Paraguay for political reasons and has established an embassy within the Guarani Tribe’s reservation in Paraguay. The tribe’s attorney, Mr. Barry Taylor, is working with KITG’s contacts to move funds in Europe in order to secure lines of credit backed by billions of dollars in nickel cable and copper cathodes. Additionally, negotiations are underway for the purchase of a bank for the tribe in Panama, Malaysia, and one of the Caribbean islands.
